CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS OF UNEMPLOYMENT

Each and every person wants some type of employment. People in every place want employment whether they are living in village or city. If people get employment in Villages then no one will migrate to city, no city will be crowded, and there will not be traffic. If companies will get established in village then there will be infrastructure development of that village.

There are several factors that lead to unemployment…

Population explosion, poverty, lack of infrastructure facilities, illiteracy, suffering from severe diseases, consuming drugs and too much alcohol, procrastination, natural hazards, political disturbances, political biasness and major issues.

Unemployment forbade oneself to gain knowledge about the professional world. Unemployment fails to make people involve in work, which will be benefited for the societies to grow, explorer, innovate and produce.

There are some solutions to unemployment…

Adoption of labour intensive techniques



Reorientation of education system

Many industries should be set up to get employment opportunities for the people.

People can start their own business and employ other people.

The government should invest in developing industries which can create more jobs.

Change in education system. Education should be cheaper. Education should be more practical.

Skill centre should be developed.



Here is the example of one the ladies, daily wager Bhuri Bai, a tribal woman and amateur painter. She used to work in mines in Madhya Pradesh. She was paid as daily wager. She painted Pithora paintings and displayed across known art galleries not only in India but abroad.

We can get employed with our own through learning and skilling, establishing business or taking franchise. We can also make self-help groups to start any business.

    Lack of proper skills the one in trend is one of the major reasons too...for those who despite being qualified are unable to get job or better pays cale or position

      Thanks Ahmar ....Right it is one the biggest problem. That's why we need skill center...but it will be best if we are made skilled during our graduation. It should be made mandatory to learn at least two skills..

It was 25 th  2010 July, first day of my engineering college. I was very sincere, so I was there to attend the class there were three boys and two girls, others were absent because it was first day and some people take the first day lightly.
