Preeti: You have to be more neat and clean, keep the house clean as well.

Anoop: Yes, Yes, i will do. Should we fill the form now?

Preeti: But we have to keep ready our documents that need to be uploaded first.

Preeti made a list of the documents. They both started arranging them.

It was monday. Anoop was concentrating on his family life more than office work. His manager called him.

Manager: Anoop your a diligent person and you have tackled almost all the problems we faced from completing our projects on time to handling our clients etc.

Anoop: It's my duty sir. But why are you telling me all this today?

Manager: There is some problem occured in our one of the branches in Lucknow, UP. You have to go there. I know you can handle this and bring the branch out of critical condition. Here we can manage.

Anoop: But sir we are planning something. I mean our family is planning something here.

Manager: Planning what?

Anoop: Sir, we are planning for a child.

Manager: I heard from Ankur about you. but i did not want to go deep on that matter. We can promote you to assistant manager. Your pay scale will be increased.

Anoop: Sir, can i take sometime to think and then decide?

Manager: off course, You have Plenty of time.

Anoop came out of the manager's cabin. He called preeti and told everything. they both were happy and at the same time sad. Preeti asked her parents. They reached on the conclusion. They decided to go to Lucknow. They would get more money so they would take care of the child in a wealthy way. they would be comfortable in Lucknow and could travel to there own home in very less time.

Preeti told Anoop, "It must be a blessing from god. You are promoted and transferred to a place which is near to our own home. Our family members could also visit us without any difficulty.

Anoop did not take much time but went to manger's cabin and accepted the offer.

Anoop came to his home. they both planned for shifting there household items.

Some Days passed, they got comfortable in Lucknow. They were living happily. It was night when preeti did not get sleep. She again thought to ask Anoop about the child. She planned everything again.

Anoop was ready to adopt the child. For them place did not matter much. One day they field the form from CARA website. They received an email citing to keep ready all the documents in printed from. Anoop got all the documents printed from his office.

After some days, they received an email with the proceeding date that would be in court. The email also cited to hire a lawyer on your behalf for the proceedings. They contacted one of the lawyers and handed over all documents for the proceedings. The proceeding started, they submitting all the documents to the judge.

The judge suggested them, “You cannot abuse or beat the child. You do not discriminate the child on the basis of age, sex, colour etc. You should have some investment for your child’s welfare and you will be called someday in one of the orphanage to get your child.” The proceeding ended. They both came back to their house.

Four months passed and finally they got a call from CARA website.

Assistant from CARA said, “You will get a child on 2th of August from Family foundation orphanage home. So reach there on time.”

They both were very happy to listen and started preparing themselves. They both planned to buy some toys for the child. Anoop applied for five days leave from office. Preeti again cleaned her whole house. They both started planning for shopping for the child.

They started preparing themselves to reach the orphanage on time. They took breakfast. They took a cab to reach the orphanage. The orphanage was much decorated with balloons and some different colour flags. They were welcomed by caretaker. He directed them to go to manager’s office. The caretaker stopped them before the manager’s office. He first went inside and got permission then he allowed entering them. The caretaker opened the door and asked them to come in.

Preeti took seat but Anoop was standing. He was not able to distract his attention from the manger. He suddenly felt that he had so many questions in his mind. He was not able to guess anything. He again reminded his younger days. He was also not able to say anything. He was still standing quietly.

The manager was reading the documents. She asked Anoop to have seat.

The manager: It must be very happy day for both of you. I wish you congratulation for adopting a child. But I must inform you that it is easy to adopt a child or have a child but it is very difficult to grow the child, provide good values, respect and the best education. We love each and every child we have in our orphanage and also feel like a mother for the child even after adoption. So grow your child in the best way possible. Nurture him or her in to the best citizen."
